1.  Q:  Where is NO EXCUSE FITNESS?  
     A:   It is located at 8857 S 4680 W West Jordan, Utah 84088 
            Please enter through the side gate and side garage door. 

2.  Q: Is there a membership fee?
     A: I am asking that you pay a one time $15 fee to help me
          buy and maintain the gym equipment.  This can be paid to 
          me in cash or check after your first free class.  There is also
          an option to pay this fee on the paypal menu.

3.  Q: How much are classes and how do I pay?
     A:  Each class is $3-$4 depending on the number of classes
           bought in a punch card.  On this website you will find a link
           to Paypal.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase
           a punch card.  You may use a credit or debit card.  All classes 
           must be purchased on the website so I can show proof of payment
           for tax purposes.  Please do not pay me by check or cash for punch
           cards.  Individual classes may NOT be purchased- with the exception
           of teen yoga.  

4.  Q: How does the punch card work?
     A:  Paypal will send me a receipt of your payment.  I will use this receipt
           as your punch card and take one class off each time you come.  
           You do not need to print anything or bring proof of payment.
           I will take care of it all!  You just show up and do your best each time. 
           I will remind you when you have one class left to purchase
           another one.  

5.  Q:  Where do I park?
     A:   If you live within walking distance and weather permitting-
            PLEASE walk!  I want to ensure that traffic does not become a
            problem in our neighborhood.  If you do drive please do not park
            in front of any of my neighbors' driveways, mailboxes, or garbage
            cans.  There is a church located directly west of me where
            you can park.

6.  Q:  Do you have a business license?
     A:  YES!  The City of West Jordan has approved this business.  A copy 
            of my license will be posted in the gym.  Please help me keep it by
            being respectful of my neighbors property and by parking in safe 
            locations.   

7.  Q:  Are you certified to teach group fitness classes?
     A:  I AM certified and I am working on furthering my certifications.  I have 
            been a fitness instructor for 2 years at South Jordan  Recreation
            Center.  I am also CPR certified.  

8.  Q:  Am I the only instructor?
     A:  For the time being, YES.  I would like to eventually bring in other 
           instructors but this will be based on the gym's success.  Because I am
           the only instructor I reserve the right to cancel class due to illness,
           family emergencies, and vacations.  Thanks for understanding.

9.  Q:  What classes do you offer?
     A:  Indoor cycling, strength training, and yoga for now.  If you would like
           to see other classes offered please put a suggestion in the box or
           just ask!  I will do my best to meet your workout needs.  This is your
           gym and I don't have to answer to anyone.  We can make anything
           happen!  Also if you would like to see a class offered at a different time
           please ask.  The class schedule can be changed if enough people
           show interest in a class time.  

10.  Q:  Is this gym only for women?
        A:  NO!  I would hope that both men and women would feel comfortable
             working out here.  However, teen yoga is only open to girls at this
             time.  Bring your significant other to a cycling class and race against
             each other!        

11.  Q: Can punch cards be purchased as gift cards?
        A:  YES!  If you would like me to send your significant other or anyone
               else a email at Christmas, Mother's Day, or your birthday and 
               make a gift suggestion to them just let me know.

take the guess work out of exercise and to help you succeed.
