Strength Training

Want to get rid of those saddle bags on your thighs and those bat wings on your arms?  This class will help you find those muscles you haven't seen since you were 20!   

This is NOT a heavy weight resistance class.  We will be using dumbbells, bands and your own body weight to train specific muscle groups. You will strengthen your body and get in great shape.  Resistance training is a great way to replace body fat with muscle.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and good workout shoes.
